Excel Dowel and Wood Products, Inc. is a full service manufacturing and distribution company. Our corporate office, manufacturing and distribution center is located in Itasca, Illinois in a new 32,000 -sq.ft. facility. We warehouse over 150 million plain and pre-glued dowel pins as well as various other wood parts that are ready for immediate shipment.
Our West Coast distribution center is located in Los Alamitos, California to better serve our customers in the West. Our commitment to East Coast customers will be solidified through our new East Coast Division sales office located in Windham, Maine.
Excel has improved cost-effective service for our customers in North Carolina by establishing the North Carolina Order Hotline. Sales associates are ready to take your order and process it now!
We tailor our inventories to a dynamic marketplace. Large stocks are strategically located to allow the most cost effective and timely distribution possible throughout North America. Blanket ordering is available to customers who prefer regularly scheduled shipments. UPS, LTL and full truckload shipments are available daily. Our only requirement is that all orders meet our $100 minimum. We welcome a challenge!

Our Woodcrafts division" The Craft Source," was created for customers who order in smaller quantities. To accommodate every woodworking project, we have pre-packaged many of the items in our catalog in poly-bagged quantities of 100, 500 and 1,000 pieces as well as re-usable kits containing an assortment of sizes.
